NexTech Apprenticeship is a free, structured 12-week certification accelerator designed for motivated young adults (ages 18–27) in Baltimore who are ready to break into tech through industry-recognized credentials.

Our launch cohort begins with CompTIA Tech+, the foundational entry point into the NexTech IT and cybersecurity pipeline.
Tech+ establishes the technical and professional foundation required to advance into more specialized certification tracks.
Following completion of the Tech+ Foundation Cohort, students may advance into structured specialization tracks including:
These advanced tracks will build on the foundation established in the Tech+ cohort and expand into deeper technical specialization.
This pilot cohort is completely free for selected participants. NexTech operates through community support and strategic partnerships to remove financial barriers and expand access to tech careers.
